Part-Time Remodeler
Join our remodeling team approximately 20 hours per week while gaining hands-on residential construction experience. You’ll assist with project work, learn from experienced team members, and build your skills over time. We’re looking for a dependable part-time team member who wants to contribute to residential remodeling projects while building practical skills. Prior remodeling management experience is not required.
This is a good fit for someone entering the trades, developing a skill base, or seeking a consistent part-time schedule.
What you’ll do
- Help with jobsite protection, setup, cleanup, material handling, and assigned construction tasks.
- Learn safe tool use, measurements, basic installation, and quality standards.
- Follow direction from the field lead and ask questions before proceeding when something is unclear.
- Flag mistakes or unexpected conditions promptly.
- Treat customers’ homes and the rest of the team with care and respect.
What you need coming in
- Dependable availability of approximately 20 hours per week.
- Some hands-on experience, trade education, or clear aptitude for the work.
- A willingness to learn, follow safety instructions, and accept coaching.
- Honest awareness of your current skills.
We are hiring for reliability and development potential, not project management experience. More complex work can be added as your skills grow. This is an hourly position. We’ll discuss the expected schedule, training, pay, and any benefits available to part-time employees during the hiring process.
